Our story

Our jewelry tradition has its roots in a rich history dating back to before the Vietnam War. It was in Vietnam that my grandfather learned the art of setting and jewelry making. His passion and craftsmanship laid the foundation for a family tradition that continues to this day.

When the Vietnam War broke out, he made a bold decision: He emigrated to Germany – to the famous gold-making town of Pforzheim, known for its long history and excellent quality in jewelry production. There, he continued his craft with dedication and passed on his knowledge to his two sons. They learned not only the art of setting, but also the importance of precision, aesthetics, and genuine passion for this craft. My father completed his apprenticeship with flying colors and earned the title of master craftsman. Over decades, he gained valuable experience in the jewelry industry – experience that today forms the foundation of our company.

Today, we, the third generation, carry on this valuable legacy with pride, a modern spirit, and innovative ideas. With the founding of Juwelman in southern Germany near the gold-producing city of Pforzheim, we committed ourselves to one goal: to create unique engagement and wedding rings of the highest quality – with genuine craftsmanship, the finest materials, and a great deal of passion.

Our rings are more than just pieces of jewelry. They are symbols of love, trust, and a new phase of life. Each individual piece is crafted with the utmost care – in our own workshop, by our family, and for yours. We combine traditional craftsmanship with timeless yet modern designs.

With Juwelman, we want to accompany people across Europe who consciously choose something authentic. We warmly invite you to become part of our story – and create lasting memories with us.

Elara Jewelry – Where cosmic splendor meets earthly beauty

The name Elara comes from Greek mythology, where she was known as the radiant lover of Zeus—a woman whose beauty and splendor illuminated even the depths of the earth. Her name means "the shining one," "the radiant one," and symbolizes eternal elegance and grace.

But Elara lives on not only in myth. High in the sky, a small moon orbits the mighty Jupiter, also named Elara . This sparkling celestial body illuminates the universe, a symbol that even the smallest thing can radiate infinite brilliance.

Elara Jewelry combines these meanings – mythical beauty and cosmic radiance. Each of our pieces reflects the wearer's inner radiance, bringing the stars of the universe down to earth. Our designs are inspired by the elegance of the gods and the radiance of the stars – for women who want to bring their inner radiance to the outside world.

Elara Jewelry – precision and passion in every hand

At Elara Jewelry , the art of the master setter is at the heart of our work. Each wedding ring is hand-turned with the utmost precision, with every detail meticulously crafted. The settings for the gemstones are drilled manually, ensuring each indentation is precisely matched to the stone.

Using a setting microscope, our setters set each gemstone with millimeter precision. Absolute precision is essential: Each stone is set so that it sits securely and firmly, yet still reveals its full radiance. Setting and securing the gemstones requires a delicate touch and many years of experience—a process that makes the difference between good and perfect.

Each ring is then hand-polished until it shines in its full splendor. Every step—from drilling and setting the stones to the final polish—is performed by hand using traditional techniques, with the dedication that only an experienced master stone setter can achieve. The result is a ring that not only looks exquisite but is also a handcrafted masterpiece.
